Nest Apartment was born from the idea of creating a place that feels calm, genuine, and welcoming, a true home away from home. We believe in simple comfort, thoughtful details, and a relaxed atmosphere where guests can slow down, breathe, and feel at ease from the very first moment.
Our Region
Located in Zambujeira do Mar, on Portugal’s stunning Alentejo coast, our home is surrounded by dramatic cliffs, wild beaches, and unspoiled nature. This is a land shaped by the ocean, walking trails like the Rota Vicentina, and a slower rhythm of life that invites you to reconnect — with nature and with yourself.
We are 5 minutes walking from all the point of interest in town.

Cancellation Policy
Payment: 50% required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellation (direct bookings):
Up to 15 days before check-in: free cancellation
Within 15 days of check-in: we will reopen the dates for sale
If the dates are resold, you receive a 100% refund
If the dates are not resold, a 50% refund applies

No. The apartment is located on the first floor and unfortunately there is no step-free access.
Due to the building’s structure, it is not suitable for wheelchairs, strollers, or guests with reduced mobility, and this cannot be changed at the moment. -
Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, but we’re happy to adjust earlier, if possible, just get in touch with us. -
